ODE Enóloga 2023 – 2 Pack – Wine Club Exclusive

Our ‘Enóloga’ wines represent unique, limited expressions of the best of our vineyards in any given year.

This wines are the result of the of the ‘Maximum Attention’ that our winemaker, Maria Vicente, pays to each and every wine, and in this case each barrel.

This 2-pack, exclusive to ODE Wine Club members, contain the two newly released ODE Enóloga Branco 2023 and ODE Enóloga Tinto 2023.

ODE Enóloga Branco 2023

In 2023 we were blessed with an excellent harvest of both Arinto and Fernão Pires, two grape varieties that have special synergy together. These wines were aged for 12 months in 500L French oak barrels. The best barrels were then selected to create the special blend which is our Enóloga.

Incredibly complex on the nose with aromas of toasted hazelnuts, creme brulee and pear. Rich and full bodied on the pallet, but with a focus and a fantastic depth of flavour that sails across your pallet The finish is elegant, long and fine. This is an ode to the 2023 vintage.

ODE Enóloga Tinto 2023

Touriga Nacional is our principal red variety and it is fitting that this variety produces our finest red expression.

Our best Touriga Nacional was carefully selected, and then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel deposits before a gentle maturation in 500L French oak barrels 12 months. A beautiful example of restrained power. Deep red and black fruits are seamlessly melded together in an elegant, textured wine.
