Built for the first time in 1902, Ode Winery’s cellar is one of the largest in the Ribatejo region, located less than an hour from Lisbon. It reopened in 2022 under the management of two Australians, David Clarkin and Andrew Homan, and Ana Araujo, a Brazilian, who fell in love with Portugal and the region. Along with the winemaker Maria Vicente, they embarked on this adventure in the world of Tejo wines. To honour the region and its wine culture, Ode Winery organises various experiences, ranging from visits and tastings to wine production by visitors, perfect suggestions for an autumn getaway, close yet simultaneously far from the big city.
