To dine at a Japanese tavern, known as izakayas, in a vineyard is, in itself, a surprising experience. Adding to this detail its location, we confess that curiosity grows. It was with this sensation that we entered Cellar Door, in Vila Chã de Ourique, the Japanese restaurant opened in April at Ode Winery, a new wine producer in Cartaxo.
