1. Promoters

This Giveaway is jointly organised by:

• The Verse
• ODE Winery, Farm, and Living

2. Eligibility

This is an international giveaway open worldwide to individuals aged 18+. Entrants must have an active Instagram account.
Employees of The Verse or ODE Winery and their families are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs from 3 December 2025 until 22 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:
• Follow @theverse_lisbon
• Follow @odewinery
• Like the Giveaway post
• Tag a friend in the comments (each comment counts as one entry)
Participation is free and no purchase is required.

5. Prize One winner will receive:

• A two-night stay for 2 at The Verse (digital voucher; book directly with the hotel; subject to availability)
• A guided tour + harmonised lunch experience for two at ODE Winery (digital voucher valid for 12 months; must be booked in advance; Tuesday–Sunday only) Not included: flights, transport, meals (except the harmonised lunch), upgrades, extras or incidentals.The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.

6. Blackout Dates

The Verse: May–October, Easter, 23 Dec – 2 Jan, and additional blackout dates based on availability.
ODE Winery: Public holidays, closure days, private events, and dates without a guide available.

7. Winner Selection

Winner will be chosen at random on 22 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.
The winner will be announced once selected and contacted only via @odewinery.

8. Fraud Warning

Only @odewinery will contact the winner.
The Promoters will never request payment, banking details, or sensitive information.
Any other account is fraudulent.

9. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner will be selected.
The winner must provide their full name and email for voucher issuance.

10. Voucher Validity

Both vouchers (The Verse and ODE Winery) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Expired vouchers will not be replaced.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data will only be used for prize fulfilment and will be deleted thereafter.
Data will not be shared or used for marketing purposes without consent.

12. General Conditions

Promoters may modify or cancel the Giveaway if necessary.
This is a free promotional giveaway and is not classified as gambling under Portuguese law.

13. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants confirm they accept these Terms & Conditions.
