Leveraging wine tourism in the Tejo region is the goal of this century-old winery. In a team of 45 people spread across various businesses – winery, restaurant, events, estate, and hotel development – six leadership positions are held by women. Human Resources Portugal spoke with two of them, Ana Araújo, COO, and winemaker Maria Vicente.
