Crafted from 100% Semillon, this dry white wine is a crisp and refreshing expression of the grape, often more associated with sweet wines. Here, it reveals a different character: bone dry, bright, and full of tension. Aged partially in new French oak barrels for added texture, it opens with aromas of citrus, lemongrass, and green apple, unfolding into a fine mineral finish with vibrant acidity and only 11.5% alcohol.
