Uma casta francesa que n\u00e3o \u00e9 muito\ncomum em Portugal. Apesar de ser\nnormalmente associada a vinhos\ndoces, o ODE Semillon \u00e9 um vinho\nseco, com baixo n\u00edvel alco\u00f3lico, e\ncom uma elevada acidez natural.<\/p>\n

Com o intuito de adicionar textura e\ndefini\u00e7\u00e3o, cerca de 15% deste vinho\nenvelheceu em barricas novas de\n500l de carvalho franc\u00eas durante 5\nmeses.<\/p>\n

Na boca, seco e c\u00edtrico - notas de\nlim\u00e3o e lima, assim como ma\u00e7\u00e3\nverde e um final de boca mineral.<\/p>\n
