2. Eligibility<\/h5>\n

This is an international giveaway open worldwide to individuals aged 18+. Entrants must have an active Instagram account.
\nEmployees of The Verse or ODE Winery and their families are not eligible.<\/p>\n

3. Giveaway Period<\/h5>\n

The Giveaway runs from 3 December 2025 until 22 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.<\/p>\n

4. How to Enter<\/h5>\n

To enter, participants must:
\n\u2022 Follow @theverse_lisbon
\n\u2022 Follow @odewinery
\n\u2022 Like the Giveaway post
\n\u2022 Tag a friend in the comments (each comment counts as one entry)
\nParticipation is free and no purchase is required.<\/p>\n

5. Prize One winner will receive:<\/h5>\n

\u2022 A two-night stay for 2 at The Verse (digital voucher; book directly with the hotel; subject to availability)
\n\u2022 A guided tour + harmonised lunch experience for two at ODE Winery (digital voucher valid for 12 months; must be booked in advance; Tuesday\u2013Sunday only) Not included: flights, transport, meals (except the harmonised lunch), upgrades, extras or incidentals.The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable.<\/p>\n

6. Blackout Dates<\/h5>\n

The Verse: May\u2013October, Easter, 23 Dec \u2013 2 Jan, and additional blackout dates based on availability.
\nODE Winery: Public holidays, closure days, private events, and dates without a guide available.<\/p>\n

7. Winner Selection<\/h5>\n

Winner will be chosen at random on 22 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.
\nThe winner will be announced once selected and contacted only via @odewinery.<\/p>\n

8. Fraud Warning<\/h5>\n

Only @odewinery will contact the winner.
\nThe Promoters will never request payment, banking details, or sensitive information.
\nAny other account is fraudulent.<\/p>\n

9. Claiming the Prize<\/h5>\n

The winner must respond within 48 hours or a new winner will be selected.
\nThe winner must provide their full name and email for voucher issuance.<\/p>\n

10. Voucher Validity<\/h5>\n

Both vouchers (The Verse and ODE Winery) are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
\nExpired vouchers will not be replaced.<\/p>\n

11. Data Protection (GDPR)<\/h5>\n

Personal data will only be used for prize fulfilment and will be deleted thereafter.
\nData will not be shared or used for marketing purposes without consent.<\/p>\n

12. General Conditions<\/h5>\n

Promoters may modify or cancel the Giveaway if necessary.
